From the monster movie soundtrack archives:
The new and still sealed vinyl record double LP package of the original motion picture soundtrack by Yuji Koseki to the 1961 film 'Mothra' from the legendary Toho Studios in Japan. Pressed on Waxwork Records, this direct-from-label copy has the blurb label on the shrink-wrap, but no price tag!  The film follows a team of explorers reporting on an expedition to the South Seas that discovers a pair of telepathic twin 1-foot tall girls on an island, who are then captured and taken with the expedition leader back to civilization.  The girls' patron god, the monster kaiju Mothra, a gargantuan moth larva, hears the girls calling telepathically and comes from the island to save them, with much mayhem and destruction following as earth battles the giant Mothra. Finally Mothra metamorphoses into a giant moth, flying away with the tiny girls into the sunset.  This is a great 2-LP album in a gatefold cover featuring a dramatic movie soundtrack to add to your collection of the unusual and bizarre. And it's colored vinyl!  Almost guaranteed your friends don't have this one.  Great stuff!
