Sleeve:  VG+VG+ (Bit of wear at the bottom right corner. Also there is a bit of dirt surface wear on the front and back from the record. "Karp" is written in blue ink on the front after the title)   One Sided Record:  VG+ (Faint surface noise, can still hear clearly)    Labels: VG+ ("Karp" is written in blue ink on the label, does not cover up the words on the label)  Overall in great condition, considering the age.
