The Androids Of Mu "Blood Robots" LP
This noisy, all-female postpunk band emerged from the wilds of the West London squatter
scene in 1979 to issue this sole recording on the Fuck Off label (no, not kidd ing), while
gigging around town with acts as diverse as PLANET GONG, TH E MOB, and ZOUNDS.
Think cheap synth , noisy guitar, fatb ass , bouncing drums and colorful lyrics , all floating in
space somewhere between Planet Gong and Planet Raincoats , sideswiped by Comet Shaggs .
This reissue is remastered from the original tapes, and comes with an insert with early photos
and complete lyrics, all in a heavy board tip-on cover.
