VERY EARLY PRESS WITH EARLY MOTHERS/STAMPERS...FIRST DAY ISSUE!!!.ALL IN FANTASTIC CONDITION AND WITH THE ADDED BONUS OF A LOVELY WIDE SPINE COVER!!

Cover

The original Garrod & lofthouse fully laminated W-I-D-E S-P-I-N-E cover is in fantastic condition,no tears,stickers or writing,must grade a very nice EXCELLENT++/EXCELLENT+

Front: The laminated front shines with no ring wear or laminate damage,there are just a few small creases mainly on the edges,The corners are sharp and square with just a tiny bit of rubbing on the bottom left one.The opening is perfect

Inside gatefold: Again very clean with no wear or laminate damage,there are no creases on the top flipbacks and it even "creaks" when opened..just like it did when it was first bought..lovely!!

Back: Also very clean with no ring wear,the colours are very vivid and bright...in really nice condition just slightly worse than the front,there is a tiny bit of rubbing on the opening corner tips and a few small edge creases.On the spine there is a little laminate crinkling on the spine creases..see pictures....but altogether very clean

Edges/Spine: The edges and wide spine have no wear or splits,edges are mint,the spine is near mint (some creases)..the wide spine is lovely with the text being fully readable

The original red/white flame inner is VERY GOOD has a small split and little wear

Cut outs

Original first press thicker card cut outs are MINT-..few creases

Labels:

The black and yellow parlophone labels which have the "gramophone co" and "sold in uk.." text are in NEAR MINT condition,side 2 is KT stamped

Record

Visually the record is in really nice condition...when you look at it in daylight it looks near mint!!...made out of thick wax with full gloss and shine..no groove wear it really does look exceptional.Look under a very strong light and you can see some light hairline marks/scratches...no deep fingernail scratches,so visually it grades EXCELLENT.The record is unwarped..does not stick or jump,side 1 plays really well with no sound distortion...the tracks play excellent+ to near mint with just a hint of static etc in some quieter places but nothing that affects the music.side 2 plays excellent but there is some static in places at the start and a few light clicks

OVERALL A REALLY NICE EXAMPLE!!
