Here is an extremely rare item, Eels legendary "Electro Shock Blues" LP, available here in it's only vinyl pressting on the rarely-seen double 10" format. This album is spoken about in hushed tones and beloved by many for a reason - just because I have a sealed copy listed here does not mean I have not listened to it numerous times in a variety of formats.
This record is sealed and in fantastic condition. This would technically be described by some graders as "partial shrink" - however, it must be noted that the tears in the shrink are not found on the sleeve opening itself, making the vinyl inside guaranteed to be clean and unplayed. 
I have rated the sleeve to be "EX" - however, once the buyer opens the shrink (if they choose to do so - and you really should, great album!) the sleeve will most likely be graded as VG+ due to slight wear on the corners as seen in the photographs. Still in beautiful shape, I just like to be honest with grading!
