Emerson Lake & Palmer's "Brain Salad Surgery" on an unplayed picture disk. Record is flawless, but the clear mylar cover has seam rips on both sides (doesn't EVERY pic-disk mylar cover have them?).

I take care of my rekkerds and you'll dig the condition of this one! Albums ship in sturdy LP mailers, with the vinyl outside the jacket (won't help much in THIS case)...
