Deep groove with 203 South Washington Ave., Bergenfield, N.J. on both labels and the bottom of the back cover. 8 tracks includes 2 takes of "The Theme". Davis, trumpet; John Coltrane, tenor sax; Red Garland, piano; Paul Chambers, bass; "Philly" Joe Jones, drums
Cover: VG 1" split on the top edge; 2" split on the spine. Light aging on the back cover with a few small tears along the top edge of the notes. The tears are relatively small and do not interfere with the notes.
Record: Mint(-) Visually shows no wear. There are several very light surface rub marks. These are barely visible. The record appears to have been played several times. No surface noise. Audibly checked.
