CONDITION/GRADING 

Both disc's are in an near mint condition (EX+). Both sides are as described by the Rare Record Price Guide 'As Excellent'. The Gatefold sleeve is in excellent condition, only with a touch of light shelf wear and showing minor worn corners . The spine is in perfect condition.  Original price tag label of £7.99
