I would grade this as NM but I would rather play it safe and grade it EX+. This record does play NM though. I've only played it 2 or 3 times. The disc still looks new with no scratches or scuffs.
The cover is also in EX condition. It does have a factory cut in the bottom left hand corner. No seam splits, creasing, or damage though. Comes with all of the original inner sleeves.
