All of our items are guaranteed to be genuine and typically come with LOA.  Any item may be returned for any reason as long as it is returned in the same condition that it was sent. For most international sales, we use USPS International First Class with no tracking, however Priority Mail will be considered on specific items at a substantial cost to the buyer who contacts us in advance before purchasing. California sales tax will be applied to residents of California.
