This auction is for an EXTREMELY rare sealed copy of Rush’s debut self-titled LP that was originally released in 1974. This is the original Mercury pressing with the catalog number SRM-1-1011. There is no bar code, and this is NOT a record club edition. Again, this is still in the original factory shrink wrap and the record is assumed to be in MINT condition! It’s nearly impossible to find any of these left lying around. The cover is in very nice shape as well.  It could nearly be classified as mint, but I'm being conservative with a NM grading.  The shrink wrap is tight and intact, the corners look great and show only a slight amount of shelf wear from years of storage (see photos). There’s a slight imperfection on the top and bottom edges of the cover that isn’t a result of mishandling, but looks more like it happened during production. It’s only visible under a bright light, and can be seen in the photos. Just wanted to mention it since this is obviously a collector's piece and I'm very particular about the condition of my records as I would expect you are as well. Overall, an extremely nice record for being 40 years old. I’ll ship this item carefully in a sturdy cardboard LP mailer via USPS media mail with tracking. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask. Thanks for looking.
