I played this all the way through and despite the ugly looking scratch across Side 2 it plays great, didn't effect the play at all. The vinyl would be graded (EX) but even though it doesn't effect play I had to lower the grading to (VG+) to account for the scratch. The sleeve is still protected by the original shrinkwrap and is (NM) condition.
