Like the Vatican Shadow box set I'm also listing, this was only available in the UK at London's Hospital Productions showcase or on the US Lussuria tour, and there only seemed to be about 5 copies of this for sale at the show!
Still sealed and unplayed - The envelope has some creases on it but this is the condition I bought it in.
