Overall in Mint condition.
Vinyl - mint condition - some very light service marks presumably done while packing at the plant.
Gate fold sleeve - mint condition - tiny white spot (right below promo sticker) which I think is from the original manufacturing print run.
Inner sleeve - mint condition

Back in the day I think I only played it once or twice as I received 2 copies as a present.
