ABOUT THE CONDITION OF THIS ITEM

The pictures in this listing are real pictures of the actual item in stock.  The LP vinyl

record has been cleaned and gently play tested.  The LP play grades Near Mint and

sounds great.  Both record labels are in Near Mint condition. The gatefold album cover

is in EX++ condition (almost Near Mint) with very minor ring wear and minor handling

wear on the back of the cover.  There are no labels, cut-offs or holes anywhere on this

item (see pictures).  This is a smoke-free, pet-free, dust-free environment.

ABOUT PACKAGING & SHIPPING

This item will be carefully packaged.  The album cover will be inside a protective

clear vinyl sleeve.  The LP record will be in new inner sleeve.  The item will be packaged

inside a flat record mailer with a cardboard cover.  The outside of the package will be

marked with “Fragile” and “Handle with Care.”  The item will ship one day from receipt

of payment via the US Postal Service (USPS) to the U.S.A., Canada and Worldwide.
