The record you are viewing is part of a collection acquired through a successful auction bid.  The product purchased is from a deceased record store owner whose doors closed circa 1970, having made a run of it during the 60's.  An incredibly large volume of LPs remained, many in new (sealed) or pristine condition and properly stored.  These will comprise the bulk of offerings I will be posting on eBay.  With a vast and well preserved inventory, it will take time to sift through and uncover the many hidden gems that await.  My goal is to present these finds to eBay buyers in a timely and systematic manner.  I am aware finds of this nature are indeed rare, but the fact is, the records I will be listing have sat undisturbed for over 40 years waiting to be rediscovered, shared and enjoyed.  I hope you will find some items you've been wanting and can be part of, what I feel, is an historical find.   All items kept in smoke-free, pet-free environment.
Verve Clef Series deep groove MONO vinyl LP MGV-8246 - released 1958
EX vinyl shows no marks from play or handling.  May have been played once prior.  Test played once on NAD C555 turntable revealed excellent sound with only occasional barely audible surface.  Overall, plays beautiful clear analogue sound.  VG laminated cover has straight spine and seams with no dings.  Light shelf wear and small adhesive spot upper right corner.  Spine has corrosion (see photos).  There is some paper waffling on the right side cover either from improper gluing or exposure to moisture.  Still, the cover is sturdy and will provide ample housing for the LP.  Both of which will be shipped in new plastic sleeves with original inner sleeve included.
