REFUND POLICY

Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us so if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from us please contact us right away so we may resolve the issue. If you wish to return an item, please do so within 14 days of item receipt. Item must be returned in its original unaltered condition and we will gladly issue your money back less any shipping, handling, and insurance charges. If we feel that the return policy is being abused, we reserve the right to refuse any refund, unless the item has been grossly misrepresented.

PAYMENT

We accept PayPal only and request that payment be made within 2 days of winning bid. International bidders must pay through PayPal only please. On all pending payments through Pay Pal, your item will be shipped once payment has cleared and posted to our account.

SHIPPING

We ship through the United States Postal Service and are now offering world wide shipping. Due to increases by the USPS and the cost packaging materials we have had to raise our shipping rates accordingly. Shipping charges include delivery confirmation for tracking on domestic shipments and a US Customs tracking number on International shipments. International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.We gladly offer combined shipping to save you money. All items will be shipped to confirmed addresses only within 1 business days Monday through Friday by 3pm central time. We will ship all items promptly once payment clears our Pay Pal account but unfortunately we cannot control shipping time once an item has been delivered to the USPS.

Once an international package has shipped we cannot be responsible for it getting to you unless you request it be sent via USPS Global Express mail as this is the only way to have it tracked directly to your hands.
