Up for auction is a super clean copy of the rare self-titled, debut album "Buckingham Nicks" released on Polydor Records (PD 5058) in 1973.  This is a guaranteed, original first stereo U.S. pressing, not a cheap reissue or import.  Includes original gatefold cover and original factory Polydor paper inner sleeve.  Rare "Sterling" stamp in the matrix.
Cover is still in beautiful condition, with very few signs of wear or previous handling.  No ring wear, which is very common for this matte finish cover.  Corners look good, with a couple very small bumps.  Seams are strong and intact, no splits or cracking, though top and bottom show some very minor rubbing.  Back cover is clean, no ring wear, but it does have a ding on the bottom seam.  Inside gatefold is clean, very white.  Overall, though, the cover is very well-preserved, with no real issues.  Some might grade this cover as near mint, but just to be conservative, I'll grade it as Excellent Plus (EX+).  Super nice example.  Original Polydor inner sleeve is in very nice condition, though it does have a couple small closed tears in the center.
Vinyl is also in super clean condition, with no obvious scratches or scuffs.  Retains its super high gloss luster.  Perhaps some very faint signs of having been taken in and out of paper inner sleeve a few times.  Labels are bright and clean, no marks around spindle holes, indicating little previous handling or play.  Spindle hole is super tight--obvious it hasn't been put on a turntable more than a couple times.  Play tested, this album sounds super clean and clear.  Great fidelity, with little, if any, signs of previous play.  Grade the vinyl Near Mint (NM).  It would be hard to find a nicer copy of this Fleetwood Mac-related rarity.
