Up for sale is what looks like a RARE 7" vinyl record by a group called The Funboy Five comprising, Paul Ingram on Drums, Dave Tyler on Bass, John McRae on Organ and "The Tall Man", Guitar and Vocals and Carole sings on "Life After Death", and it was produced by Cool Cat Daddy - O - Records. I can't find any record (pardon the pun) of it when I have researched, so I will leave it to you experts to establish the value? The track Life After Death appears on the A side and Compulsive Eater is on the B side. It looks like a local group from Hertfordshire as it was recorded at Quest Studios in Luton on 6th January 1980.  On the back of the cover it says; 'A special Tip of the Hat to, Stuart Colman, John Peel, Robert Blair, Bob Grimsom, Canterbury Charlie and Mick Sinclair.  The seriel number is S/79/CUS 609 and the matrix numbers on the runaway section of the record are; SRTS+79+CUS+609+A and SRTS+79+CUS+609+B. The Vinyl looks in good condition with only light surface scratches, typical of use and age. The pull out, rather amateur looking sleeve does show signs of use and age. I don't really know that much about records as it's not my area of expertise, but it looks like a pretty rare find following my research so good luck if you decide to bid. Low starting bid and No Reserve. Why not take a look at the other rare records that I have on auction at the moment as I'm sure you won't be disappointed and may well find some real gems! Good Luck if you decided to bid.
