The front side retains its striking, wearless and flawless original shape and is graded as such (EX+) because of :

a couple of light, hairline wrinkles near the bottom right corner 

insignificant, tiny, extremely light and hardly visible hints of shelf wear

Both above flaws not affecting the beauty of the artwork ! 

Seams and spine : nearly wearless with NO splits

With NO ring-wear, NO tears, NO stamps, NO holes, NO stains

Back side (EX) with one tiny "ink" writing, a couple of slightest wrinkles with a minor impact to the corners
