Up for auction is the Beatles so called 'white album'. I am a vinyl collector and have ended up with two copies of this album through a lot purchase. I believe this to be a 70's repressing. It has the embossed Beatles title on the front but no sleeve number. There are close up pictures of the labels so you might be able to identify the pressing year more accurately.

Matrix as follows:

Side 1 YEX 709-1, Side 2 YEX 710-3, Side 3 YEX 711-1, Side 4 YEX 712-1

The sleeve condition is VG, a few creases and as with most white coloured sleeves there is a bit of discolouring. I thing the pictures accurately reflect the condition. No splits or tares. The inner sleeves are new poly lined paper.

Vinyl is very clean and shinny, hardly a spec, a few radial scuffs and marks but nothing severe. It plays very well .....I have listened all the ways through on a good quality system......even Revolution 9 which is an acquired taste!!! Certainly no skips or jumps or even major pops! Certainly easily grades at a VG+
