This auction is for ART BLAKEY THE JAZZ MESSENGERS - HARD BOP columbia records cl 1040 The cover for this release is vg- showing some damage. The front is fairly clean the white rear a little dingy but looks good. The top seam is completely torn the bottom seam torn approx 4 inches at the center. The left spine is solid. The record a white labeled promotional pressing is a very high vg. The record retains a very nice gloss but under bright light some scuffs to this can be seen there are also a few very light marks. None of these are bad and this plays more on the low vg+ end with great fidelity no worries on this one it rocks.
