Vinyl is NM-, shiny with a couple of sleeve marks (not scratches). Insert in good condition with minor handling wear (small dents, slight bend to tip of corner). Sleeve has some imperfections. There is a deep bend at the top corner that blends in when viewing as a whole but is definitely noticeable under bright light (please see photos). There is also a smaller bend to bottom right corner and a small 1/2" tear at bottom right corner.
