THIS IS THE MOODY BLUES – RARE ONE-SIDED TEST PRESSING. EX This is a one-sided test pressing featuring side 2 of the LP This Is The Moody Blues,released on Threshold in 1974. The pink label has printed information stating Factory Sample NOT FOR SALE and a boxed Notice that states: “This pressing is not necessarily representative of the finished record and must not be used for review purposes.” Hand written label information contains the matrix number XZAL 13344-P -3W (which is also etched into the run-out groove) as well as MB1 Side 2 and The Moody Blues. The disc is housed in a poly-lined white sleeve that has the matrix number XZAL 13346-P-4W hand written in the top right corner. The vinyl is in strong Excellent condition with no scratches and retains a lovely shine. It plays cleanly with no faults. The sleeve has seen better days with a split down one side and there are creases and some colouration. Overall, a lovely clean example of a very rare Moody Blues test pressing.
