My grading system is by visual inspection only. It is as follows...

VG+ .... few if any very light scratches that should not affect play

VG++ .. no visual scratches or scuffs

NM ...... no visual scratches or scuffs with shiny glossy appearance like new

M ........ new and unplayed

Payment:

Please make every effort to make payment within 7 days of auction close. Payment to be by Paypal only. Please make one Paypal payment if multiple items are won. I will send you an invoice.

 

Shipping:

I ship 6 days a week utilizing the United States Postal Service. I will have your item on its way within 24 hours of payment. I package all items very carefully and send them safely, quickly, cost effectively and as eco-friendly as possible.

 

Communication:

Communication is the key to all successful transactions and I promise to communicate with you at every step of the process. Please communicate any concerns or questions you have before bidding on or purchasing an item. I will leave you positive feedback as soon as payment is made.

 

Returns:

I offer a no questions asked refund policy and ask that you contact me within 3 days of receiving the item. You will then have 14 days to ship the item back to me. If the item is not as described, broken or DOA, I will be happy to refund you the item cost and cost of shipping the item back to me. For all other returns, you will be required to pay the cost to ship the item back to me.
