THIS RECORD IS IN EXCELLENT PLAYING CONDITION, ALMOST A EX GRADE. SLEEVE IN GREAT SHAPE ALSO, WITH VERY LIGHT CORNER, EDGE AND RING WEAR (see pics). INSERT W/LYRICS INCLUDED.

From my personal collection. I have taken good care of all my records through the years, however, this is a used record, and very faint hairline scratches, faint marks, or prints may be present, with the normal amount of snaps and pops, or slight surface noise on a record this old.
