RECORDS: EXCELLENT - In great shape, only a couple of very small surface marks on each prevent near-mint gradings. 

COVER / SLEEVES: VERY GOOD - Also in good shape, close to VG+. Evidence of minor wear around the edges /  seams. Inner sleeves have a bit of staining.
