REFUND/RETURN POLICY: If merchandise was damaged during shipping or there was a major distortion in the description, a refund will be given. Please save all packaging. We will need photos and/or the item must be requested through the Customer Service portal on this website and within five (5) days of receipt.

SHIPPING: We typically ship items within five (5) business days of payment, Monday-Friday 8am to 3:30pm EST, excluding holidays. *Please use the calculated shipping feature at the top of the page before bidding for estimated shipping.*

You may combine items during checkout to save on shipping charges as long as the items close within seven (7) days of each other and are safe to ship in one (1) box. We do not combine fragile items with other fragile items (e.g. glassware and dishes will not be combined) and the total shipping weight on combined items cannot exceed 20 pounds. Once paid for, items may NOT be combined. We reserve the right to deny combination of items when necessary.

Ask for signature requested delivery or insurance via email prior to making payment for your item. Insurance may not be added by the buyer; insurance will be added to items over $50 shipped via USPS or for UPS items over $100 by request only. Signature request will be an additional charge. An e-mail must be sent to us, and we will then edit the order total for you.

PICK-UPS: Pay in advance online. We do not process payments on site.

All pick-ups are by appointment only on Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, between 9am to 12pm and 1pm to 3pm EST. Call us at 407-235-1573 at least 24 hours in advance to schedule your pick-up appointment. Please be aware appointment times are limited. This number is for pick-up questions only.

Items must be picked up within 14 days from close of auction, or they will be considered a donation and relisted with no further notice.
