Shipping Information

Kronos Audio Visual use several premium couriers to ensure your delivery arrives safe. Most large orders ship using DPD or DHL courier and smaller orders under 1kg by Royal Mail signed for services or MyHermes Tracked & Traced. The most appropriate courier will be chosen for the items ordered to ensure the quickest possible delivery.

Failed Deliveries

If you do not receive your order within 5 working days after receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact the courier with the tracking information provided to check if your order is being held. If you do not have tracking information, please contact for tracking details. If your order is kept by the courier, not collected and then returned to us, there is a charge for redelivery, so please ensure you contact the courier if you receive a missed delivery slip.

All payments made via Ebay will be processed via Paypal. Paypal are a well established and very secure method of payment.

Returns

We can accept returns on all items within 14 days of the purchase date, assuming the product is returned in a unused / resellable condition with no damage to the product or packaging. The item must be returned with everything present, including all paperwork and accessories.

The only exception to this is earphones and headphones, as there may be health & safety issues connected to this. We cannot verify that the item is free from all health & safety issues, and therefore cannot accept returns on these items. We ask that if you are unsure of anything regarding these products please feel free to contact us for some advide to make sure you get exactly what you want.

Customer service

The customer is responsible for all costs and charges for returns, and we ask that the items are sent at least signed for and/or insured.
