Delivery is free and we will endeavor to fulfill your order within 3-5 working days or by the delivery date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation. 1.1 When you return a Product to us:

1.1.1 because you have cancelled the Contract between us within the seven-day cooling-off period in accordance with clause 6 of our terms and conditions, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full, including the cost of sending the item to you unless the delivery charge also included other Products which have not been cancelled. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us;

1.1.2 because you claim that the Product is defective, we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective Product. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full. If you notified us within seven days of receipt that the Products were defective and subject to us confirming this, we shall refund the cost of sending the item to you unless the delivery charge also included other Products which have not been cancelled and the cost of returning the Product to us by normal post. If you inform us of the defect after seven days, you will only be refunded delivery charges and the cost of returning the item to us at our discretion. We will usually arrange to refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

quality pre-owned and new high street retail products at down-to-earth prices. We also buy pre-owned products from customers that simply have no need for the product anymore, or who wish to raise cash quickly.

With more than 120 stores throughout the UK, we are a household name on the High Street. With the addition of our retail website we provide customers access to thousands of bargains that include brand new and pre-owned branded products.

Most products that are available in-store can now be purchased online including second hand laptops, mobile phones and televisions. We accept most credit and debit cards as methods of payment via our secure payment gateway. All products are covered by our service policy so you can shop with complete peace of mind. We also provide a wide range of financial services details of which are provided on our website.

However, as successful as Cash Generator has become, we’re not about to put our feet up and bask in the glory of it all – far from it. We currently have up to 500 potential new store locations earmarked across the UK with twenty to thirty new store openings planned each year, not to mention branching out into Europe, the future of Cash Generator is very exciting indeed.
