Original Staton records pressing. NM- probably unplayed before I listened. This is an un-Google-able record which leads me to think this is the first copy ever offered for sale. What I can say is he is the father of The famous singer Candi Staton and one of the co-writers is Jewel Akens(his band mate in the feathers). Music sounds like around 81-83 funky modern soul rhythm. Tells the story of how MLK had to get shot etc. Very dope record which I don't plan on ever seeing again. Hopefully it goes to a good home as it is somewhat of a historic record. I'm guessing only a couple hundred existing.
