Downsizing family collection. The cover has wear but no writing or splits in the seams. The vinyl has surface noise scratches but plays ok. Please understand that I'm not a dealer or collector which is why this album has not been graded. My hope is that someone would enjoy this album instead of it sitting in a closet.
