Hello and welcome to my record auctions!
I have been a record collector since the early 1970s and all records up for auction come from my personal record collection. Most records have only been played on my high quality Rega turntable. Most have been extremely well looked after and all are original early pressings being 1st 2nd and subsequent issues from the 60s/70s/80s. They are not modern re-issues which often sound second rate compared to the early analogue original pressings

Please Note* I try my very best to grade conservatively to avoid disappointment as hopefully my feedback suggests. Strictly Graded - RECORD COLLECTOR Grading System.
Grading System: In order to assist everyone who buys and sells rare discs, Record Collector magazine has originated a set of standards for the condition of second-hand records, I have added a (+) or (-) to my gradings where applicable.
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.
Postage: The standard mail option is via second class delivery at £3.75 All purchases above £45.00 will be invoiced for the insured Royal mail special delivery service at a price of £8.00.
Buyers can request the cheaper postage option however it should be noted that the maximum refund offered by the post office will be £45.00 irrespective of the actual price or value of the record. It is always recommended that for expensive records that the Royal mail special delivery service is always used.
Overseas postage: PLEASE NOTE. I use Ebay's Global Shipping Programme (GSP). Therefore I have no control over shipping costs.
Packaging: All records are sent in proper hard cardboard mailers. Before packing the record and inner sleeve are removed from the record cover for sleeve protection
.GOOD LUCK!
