This is an original record from 1973, not a re-release. Gramaphone - Apple Record label, SMAL-3409.
Gatefold album cover has very light edge, corner and ring wear, small cut on one corner, original sleeve and 12 page booklet insert - VG. There is a braille message on the back cover.
The vinyl shows very light rubs or scuffs from removing from cover - VG+ - I'm conservative in my grading.
