This piece is flat out insanely hard to find. Pressed on bright pink vinyl on he small New York City Migraine label. Lydia Lunch roared into the public consciousness (albeit the cool-only public) with the track "Orphans" out of The City. Talk about a wonderfully demented brutal cry. My old friend Ty Gavin (then going under the moniker Will X (later in Austin with The Next) and working at Record Hole #2 in North Star Mall in San Antonio) told me, "You NEED this 45" and so I became acquainted with Ms. Lunch. I bought this LP in the early 1980s and it has been stored vertically in a smoke free environment since then.
