Comes with the record, sleeve, and cover. The cover shows a lot of wear, with some kind of cola was splashed on the we front, bottom tearing being covered up with duct tape. The spine is also blown out. Noticeable creases in the corners as well. The lp itself is in better condition. Scratches apparent, but light.
