Sorry no shipping to Hawaii or Alaska. Delivery confirmation information is provided as a free service for all shipments. We send all packages over $100.00 UPS signature required. ***PLEASE NOTE***: Please pay attention to handling time. Certain items we sell have a 10 day handling time. Please check the listing before purchasing. Any questions regarding handling time, please call or email at any time. We are available to help. Most of our listings have 2-5 day handling time, but as noted some items require a longer handling time. RETURNS
If you are not happy with your purchase and would like to return we will refund minus the shipping cost back to us. Damaged merchandise can be returned within 3 days of receipt with an exchange at no charge. For refunds for merchandise with free shipping, the buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping back. The shipping cost to return will be deducted from the final refunded amount once the merchandise has been returned. A restocking fee of 20 percent shall apply. Items damaged during return will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Adding shipping insurance when shipping merchandise back to us us highly encouraged. No refunds will be issues beyond 30 days of purchase.
