Condition: 

DISC:  Vinyl is gorgeous NEAR MINT, a beauty!  The playing surface is immaculate, except one light paper scuff on side B, played a small number of times and handled with care.  Plays beautifully with superb fidelity.  Labels are clean and pristine.      

JACKET:  Jacket is beautiful NM- with flawless front and back panels.  Seams and spine are excellent; very light wear on bottom seam and at corner tips.  Catalog typed sticker at the top of front panel.  You will be hard pressed to find one this nice!
