CONDITION: ARTWORK: Covers as seen on photos. Various promotional sleeves, some white sleeves.

VINYL: few looks like never played but some were used a lot, mixed bag. Static dust is an enemy, so always wipe vinyl good.

SOUND : maxi singles all have deep bass grooves and present a problem on toy players! Must have a good needle to avoid skipping issues and will get a great sound with loud bass.

What is a 12" Single?

In the vinyl days, singles from around 1975 were made especially for DJ's to play with better sound and more bass, pressed on 33 or 45 RPM with deeper grooves for the needle than on the regular album. 12-inch single versions of the hit-single would usually have several versions of the same song, remixed by different artists, an Acapella version - vocal only, Instrumental only and Extended - longer versions of the same song, with better sound and special cover. These 12" Singles are harder to find than regular albums from same artist!
