The Beatles White Album 1st French (English) Pressing Vinyl LP Album Record
This is a RARE French pressing made for U.K. export!
In late 1973 the EMI pressing plant in Hayes, London was being remodeled and for a short time farmed out some of their vinyl pressing to the Pathe Marconi plant in France.
They sent the UK stampers and used UK covers.
They even copied the "Mfd. in U.K." labels, but added "Made In France by Pathe Marconi" at the top.
These are quite hard to come by.
Each record has the UK matrix and the French matrix, Side 1: YEX 709-1 / M6 298517 1, Side 2: YEX 710-1 / M6 298518 1, Side 3: YEX 711-1 / M6 298519 1, Side 4: YEX 712-1 / M6 298520 1

Excellent (EX): The record shows some signs of being played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear to the edges of the sleeve and or creasing.
Very Good (VG): The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the sleeve and extra items, without any major defects is acceptable.
We make every effort to describe items accurately, and do not set out to deliberately mislead. We are only human; sometimes we get things wrong. Please bear in mind that subjective opinions can differ from one person to another, and we describe items in good faith as we personally see them. Your opinion may differ; this does not make either of us wrong, it just means that we differ. If we have made a genuine mistake then we will always do something about it.
No time wasters pleaseIf you do not pay within 7 days or make arrangements to delay payment, an unpaid item case will be opened & you will be blocked from buying from us again. We also reserve the right to make a complaint to eBay about your conduct. A little communication costs absolutely nothing. We are quite happy to wait for bidding on other items to conclude, but you must tell us if that is what is happening. If you are still bidding please do not pay for anything until you have finished, and we have worked out the combined p&p price. This is important as it costs more in fees if items are paid for individually.
Returns PolicyReturns are not accepted for auction items unless there has been an error in the listing by us. Returns are at buyers cost unless there has been an error in the listing. Any items for return must be advised within 14 days and must be returned in exactly the same condition as they were when dispatched. If any attempt has been made to modify or repair the item without authorisation then the return will not be accepted.
FeedbackPlease contact us before leaving low DSR marks, no one wants them and we certainly do not set out to achieve them. We are all human and we all make mistakes from time to time, however we cannot rectify any mistake if we do not know about them. If there is a problem please contact us and we will do our very best to resolve the issue.
If you are happy with our service and item/items you have purchased please add us to your favourites list.
