FAQ’s and Shipping Rates:
For our domestic customers we will ship out via any USPS service you prefer; i.e. Media Mail, Priority, Express etc... Email a request and we will change the rates for the service you prefer if different than the standard service. Our standard shipping is via Media Mail which starts out at $3.90 and goes up $.20 cents for each additional record.
For our international customers, we ship out via USPS First Class International Shipping. Shipping for one LP starts at $19.50. International combined shipping: we add $5.00 per additional record up to 4 pounds of total weight (5 LP’s), at which point we have to use USPS Priority Shipping. For double albums and related items (triple LP’s, box sets, etc…) each individual LP is counted as a single LP for weight purposes. We suggest customers use Priority Mail or better for international orders due to the advanced tracking with the services.
For Canadian customers the international rates are the same except that the first LP starts at $15.50
Shipping rates for 7” records, cassette tapes and CD’s, for international customers are: $13.75 for the first, $5.75 for the 2nd item and $3.50 for each additional item.
For Canadian customers the first 7” record/cassette/CD starts out at: $9.50, $6.00 for the 2nd item and goes up $2.50 each additional.
For all orders of a total value of $250 or more, additional shipping charges will be needed. For domestic customers shipping will need signature confirmation added. For all foreign customers, orders will have to be shipped via USPS Priority or Express mail regardless of the total weight of the order. If shipping quotes are needed prior to placing an order, please contact us via email.
We pack our records in standard record mailers with the addition of extra cardboard fillers. For opened LP’s, picture sleeve 45’s & 12”s, we will separate the jacket and the record to prevent seam splitting.
Grading: all records are graded using a conservative Goldmine styled grade. All records are visually graded unless otherwise noted. Grades are for the record itself and not for the cover, sleeve or box.
On certain store stock items we may use a previously stored image, thus the actual item(s) may vary slightly in appearance.
