You are bidding on a copy of "Matheson Hammock" a private press LP recorded by Rick Bennett in 1979. It was recorded in the Miami area... it is a weird but interesting 70's psych/folk effort with some pretty solid guitar playing.
The album pictured is the one you are bidding on. The cover has some damage to the bottom left corner as pictured... it also has about a 5 inch seam split on the bottom right side. It grades as VG-.
The vinyl has plenty of original gloss... it has some scuffs and marks but overall plays fairly well and grades VG.
