We all know Glenn Miller and his 2 sided hit and Satchmo Armstrong is here with two offerings. Ella is superb as always and the trad sounds of Pee Wee Hunt hits that special spot. Fred Waring brings the pace down a bit with some swing/danceband sounds,and Fats Waller is the cheeky man he always was. Gene Krupa goes wold on his drumkit and Frank Sinatra swings it just nice too. I have added a not often found one by Grady Martin. Grady of course went on to play with Buddy Holly in 1956,but here he is with a much earlier disc. Enjoy.
