VG + ~ Some slight surface noise (does not affect play)
VG ~ Surface noise, scratches

G ~ signs of groove play, skips, ring wear
P- ~ Just to say you own it, but still look for  a better copy.

tol,c,s - Tear on label, cover, sleeve
wol,c,s - Writing on label, cover, sleeve
nap - Not affecting play (warps, cracks, etc)

co ~ Cut out hole – out of print
RI - Reissue
2nd - Second pressing
m/s - Mono/Stereo pressing
