The record is graded "NEW" Mint, un-played, untouched condition. It is bright, shiny and pristine.
The labels are both bright, crisp and pristine, Brand new and untouched, perfect condition. 
This Australian release of this single 45 rpm record, never had a picture sleeve, it came out in a blue and orange RCA generic paper, die-cut sleeve.
You cannot find this release in any condition, let alone a brand new one! They only released a small issue of this version in Australia, but it did poorly and did not sell well, so it was immediately discontinued in Australia, and never ever released again.
The single was recalled from all record stores, but some slipped through. They are very rare, and highly collectible now.
This has made this particular David Bowie single, vinyl, record ULTRA RARE and highly sought after! I have sold ten of these on Ebay for $199 each in the past nine months!

I recently had the opportunity of purchasing a rare record collection from a long time DJ in Geraldton.
In that collection was a selection of records, all purchased from the Geraldton Record Store during the 1970's. These records had never ever been taken from their covers, let alone be played.
They had been safely packed away and stored in a clean, dry, dirt free environment for over  39 years!
The David Bowie record up for auction is pictured above, still in the generic RCA company record sleeve it was originally purchased in 39 years ago.
The record was only taken out of the sleeve to photograph it and has never been touched by human hands, let alone played, look at the photos, it is in brand new, pristine, Mint condition.
One of these records sold on Ebay for $80 at the start of 2015, but its grading was only Near Mint, it had been played. That is the only time in the last few years one of these rare singles has come up for sale.
