If you have watched Joy Division documentaries you will know well from one particular interview with someone close to Ian Curtis, that there is a direct witness to Ian holding a copy of one of these EPs, and expressing with enthusiasm his happiness, satisfaction and admiration of its beauty as an esthetic music item.

Not only is it a thing of beauty, but it holds on a vinyl-disc the breathtaking songs “Atmosphere” and “Dead Souls”. It is a true wonder how any of these discs have survived up-to today, and have not been all played to the point of disintegration!

So who knows today how many are left like this one from the 1578 EPs made, in such great condition “Un-played” let alone with complete packaging. Who knows how many have been lost and ruined in time.

COMPLETE WITH RARE AND ORIGINAL FOLDOUT PICTURE SLEEVE, AND COMPLETE WITH SUPERB ORIGINAL TWO INSERTS.

All original identifying markings can be seen in the images, and the Cover is in very good condition with strong colour.

Look at the disc images to notice that astonishingly the disc looks to be unused.

The number is very low, in the (00116(?) Of Only 1578) one thousand, one hundred and sixty “something”…However, the end number is being kept intentionally privet in this sale, as maybe this is what the prospective buyer would like and want.

Never used by seller, from a smoke-free, pet-free home and kept in an acid-free transparent cover.
