Condition:
Cover is very nice, very nice original shine, with only minor signs of wear.  A couple of tiny rubs here and there.  Seams are nice, no splits, a little rub here and there.  Corners are nice, a little rub.  Well-preserved.  Grade: Excellent Plus (EX+).

Vinyl is also very nice, still has its original glossy shine.  No apparent scratches or scuffs, just some light, faint, superficial marks and signs from taking vinyl out of paper inner sleeve.  Labels are clean, no marks around spindle holes, indicating little previous play.  Been in my collection for over 30 years, played once, then archived.  Well-preserved.  Grade: Excellent (EX).
