Outer sleeve in very good overall condition with a few creases from use (see pics). Inner fact sheet present with one small tear. Records themselves appear to be in excellent condition with no apparent scratches or other damage apart from a scratch on side 2 track 2 and one on side 4 track 3. It will need to be cleaned gently to remove dust and a few minor finger marks.
