Visual --The gate fold cover is in VG  condition with light wear. The back upper right corner has about 1/2 inch clear tape.   The records are in VG + condition with light vinyl wear.  Audio -- Side 1 is in VG condition. The 3rd track has some low background noise. The rest of the side has very minimal background noise. Sides 2,3 & 4 are in VG + condition with very minimal background noise.
