This item is from my personal collection, accumulated over a 55-year period.  Record and sleeve grading is visual, by me, and is based on Goldmine grading standards.  I try to be conservative in my grading.
The Beatles: Ain't She Sweet/Nobody's Child (Record and Sleeve) Atco 45-6308 Record is graded VG+, with one light scratch across the "Nobody's Child" side  (see photos). Sleeve is graded Excellent, with the only flaw being an approximate 1.5" sleeve separation on the back side where the glue did not hold (not visible from the photo).  Otherwise I would have graded the sleeve M-.  
The auction starting bid is set to approximately cover postage and insurance costs.  I believe in free markets, so my main interest is in getting this item into the hands of a serious collector.  The law of supply and demand will take care of the rest.
